St. Peter’s Episcopal Church and School is seeking to fill the position for a full-time parish administrator for this program-size church. The parish administrator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the church activities, oversight of certain office procedures, the financial accounting, and payroll functions of the church. Some tasks include the recruitment and supervision of office volunteers; the scheduling of event space; the supervision of facilities management staff; the development and maintenance of church communications; oversight and management of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial analysis, and financial reporting. The parish administrator works with various committees and staff in the church. Excellent communication skills, attention to details, the ability to multi-task, and certain information technology skills are required for the position.
